Hoa Lu: the remains are the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, the two heroes who lived in 10th century and chose Hoa Lu to build the citadel of the capital city ( from 968 to 1009)

Tam Coc: means three caves - considered as Halong Bay on land, sitting on a boat rowed by local lady in Hoang Long river.
hoa lu tam cocPick-up from your hotel (8.00am), we do a 2 hour-drive (110km to the South) off the city to Ninh Binh town areas – where to be called Halong inland and the other: ancient capital. It will be an exciting day highlighted firstly by a 2hrs local boat ride in Tam Coc streams that we will enjoy the spectacular scenery while gliding along the river among rice paddies and ranges of limestone mountains peaking up towers over you. After lunch served with local food at a restaurant riverside, a short transfer (4km) through the peaceful country road to Hoa Lu, once the Vietnam’s ancient capital 11 centuries ago. Here are the two temples dedicated to the King Dinh and King Le, the founder of the capital in 10th century. Return to Hanoi and tour ends at your hotels at about 5.00 p.m.
